A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance should be paid four weeks before travel.
Unless we have agreed different arrangements, access to the apartments is from 2pm and we would ask our guest to vacate the apartments by 12 noon on the day of their departure.
Cancellation by us:
If we have to cancel your holiday for any reason we will refund all the monies you have paid to us, including your deposit, and endeavour to find you suitable alternative accommodation at a similar price.

If you have to cancel your holiday the following charges will apply:
More than 56 days to departure: deposit
28-56 days: 30% of total cost
15-28 days: 45% of total cost
7-14 days: 70% of total cost
2-6 days: 95% of total cost
less than 2 days: 100% of total cost
What is included in the price:
Rental of either a ground floor or first floor apartment. Each apartment has two bedrooms (with either double or single beds), living room with a bed-settee, kitchen/dining area and shower room/wc. All bed linen is supplied, and small hand towels are included but please provide your own beach towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge; hob; electric kettle; cafetiere or coffee machine; eating and cooking utensils, an iron and ironing board. There is an inventory in each apartment and we would be grateful if you could check it when you arrive. We do not charge an inventory deposit but would expect any breakages to be replaced.
Electricity, calor gas and hot water are included. Please note however that there are occasional water and electricity cuts in Turkey and we cannot be liable for these.
The apartments are cleaned at least once a week when sheets and towels are replaced.
You are responsible for the safe-keeping of your keys. We will provide a set of two keys: one to the main villa door and one to the apartment.

Please let us have your flight numbers and arrival and departure times so we can arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken there in good time for your flight home:

What is not included in the price:
Additional cleaning: If you require any extra cleaning, washing-up, laundry or ironing, you should agree a price with the maid and pay her directly.
Visa: Please note that you are required to pay an entry visa (currently £10 per person) in Sterling on arrival at Dalaman Airport.
Insurance: Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance to cover your stay.

Sensible precautions: The swimming pool is 1.7 metres deep, with no shallow end. The sides of the pool can also become slippery. Children should be supervised at all times. The pH level of the water is carefully monitored and chlorine is added overnight. For this reason, we ask you not to use the swimming pool at night or before 9.30am.
Please note that Greenlake Villa is situated in a quiet, rural area of Dalyan and we would ask you to respect our neighbours and other guests staying in the Villa by keeping noise to a minimum, especially at night.
Problems:
If you have any problems at all while staying at Greenlake Villa, please discuss them with Atila who will do everything he can to help. If you have any problems that cannot be resolved locally, you should take them up with the Turkish Association for the Protection of Consumers: Tuketici Koruma dernegi, Ankara, Turkey.
This contract forms an agreement between you and Yesilgol Turizm ve Otelcilik Ltd., registered office: Bozkurt Cad. No. 32/802, Kahramanlar-Izmir, Turkey.
This contract is governed by Turkish law and subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish Courts.
